On September 9, 2011, dj t-kay caught up with Iraqi Canadian rapper, The Narcicyst (www.iraqisthebomb.com), at the "September 11th Ten Years Later: The Impact on Muslims at Home and Abroad" conference at Southwestern University (Georgetown, Texas). t-kay later aired the interview on the September 11, 2011 edition of Hip Hop Hooray.

In the interview, Narcy and t-kay discuss the effect of 911 on his music, the pedagogical power of hip hop, the role of hip hop in the Middle Eastern revolutions, being an independent Arab MC, and his recent book, Diatribes of a Dying Tribe. (Click on tracks for more detailed information.)
